 This summer I met Actor Burak Arslan while teaching him to windsurf for his new Program D4DR. He is a very competitive guy so he told me to come work out with him in the gym next time I come to Istanbul.... here is the result. Burak is taking revenge for his windsurf lessons this summer and is making me do all his most difficult functional training moves.. Of course I am also competitive soI give it my all...Give some of the moves a go next time you're at the gym and let me know what you think.)
