Justyna Sniady: Here’s a little video I’ve made to motivate ladies in Ireland to enter Mayo Mayhem! I hope it will motivate more girls to sign up! If you ever considered doing windsurfing comps and you’d like to hear my 3 top reasons why you should enter one and 3 top tips on how to go about a wave heat then check out this clip too! 🙂 Why compete: 1. its fun!!! 2. It will push your sailing more than anything 3. You’re safe to go for it Top tips: 1. Choose the right size gear! 2. Fill in the score sheet! 3. Never give up and fight to the end! Only disappointment comes from not giving it your all!
