Just got home from Japan… obviously catching up with everything and will do a Podcast about the last day. Massive talking point and things need to be made clearer. Such a Shame for Johan.. he was killing it this year.

Day 4

More drama ensued on the penultimate day of the 2023 Fly! ANA Yokosuka, Miura Windsurf World Cup as two more eliminations were completed for the Men’s and Women’s fleets in winds ranging from anywhere between 8-28 knots – with the stronger wind being in the morning like normal before slowly dropping.

Does the PWA know what century we live in? They left us for several days with out any details of the biggest drama of the event besides their ruling. They got to do a lot better in the future if they want people to follow windsurfing. Still not sure if it was an injustice, but Point7 doesn’t protest it much, in public at least. If they think it was wrong, they should protest the ruling and explain what happened to that sail! Anyway The Beast was def. the best and fastest man and the peoples winner! …and who made the protest and why so late, was it a sour looser?
