Just wandering who had a right of way ? Kiter on tne starboard tack ?
Replywho of the riders has the right of way? I think the kiter, because the windsurfer is in his left hand forward. But some say the windsurfer has right of way because has less maneuverability than kiter.
ReplyWindsurfer can’t pass the kiter at the right side because there are the lines of the kite. I think the kiter had to go downwind.
