Day 5 of the Defi Wind, Japan and the first day for the superstars to shine.
The main challenge of the day to get all sailors to race around the Big Island to the north of Miyako-jina.
The conditions meant this turned into half the fleet opting for a traditional slalom fin setup and the other half on foils.
In the afternoon a more straight forward mini Defi course was set with everyone on slalom gear and all managed to make the most of the beautiful conditions.
