This episode has a l lot of different stuff in it. It was fun to follow Markus after his trip to South Africa as he was doing some rehab, windsurfing and ice hockey. Markus is now back on track and is at Maui at the moment and we looking forward to produce the next episode from that trip
Markus:
During my las week in Cape Town I injured my left knee. When I got home I went straight to the doctor to check it up. Luckily it wasn’t that bad so I started to focus on rehab to get on the water as soon as possible. Now my knee fells a lot better and I’m ready to go and do the Simmer Style photoshoot on Maui!
